Well my mom joined my gym and wanted me to meet her there tonight to show her the machines and what not.

Give up?

Over the past week I have logged 6 hours in the gym! Lots of running, some cycling and using cable weight machines for my arms and stomach! However I am STUCK and even GAINED some days this week!

I want to cry, I want to give up, I want to scream!

Im eating well, drinking tons of water! I just dont know and I don't wanna hear that muscle weighs more then fat crap! Im FAT so I should be still burning off this fat thats turning into muscle! Im very frustrated! Last night I gave in and had some cheesecake bites and ice cream. I do not feel bad or guilty about it either..you gotta give into yourself every now and then.

Im hoping this week will be different! I am hoping I can push through this plateau!

Weight Watchers Weekly Weigh in Week 15

What a frustrating week! I was down .8 all week..I went out for Mexican food and since then I was up and finally got down to a .4 loss..I know its just a matter of salt intake cause I consumed A LOT this week! I am counting my loss for this week at .8 cause I know I will be there by tomorrow :)

Im eating all my activity points but I think I need to eat some of my weeklies too. I know next week will be better! I earned 35 in activity points last week! Is that not insane! I clocked in around 6 hours at the gym this week and it felt fantastic..

I know I need to eat more..I am so tired and lazy when I am at home. I will figure this all out...I have 40 pounds to figure out what does and does not work!

I took these pics yesterday just a little closer then my last pics..You can see my legs have shrunk A LOT the rest not so much...

my face has gotten thinner as well!

My me time

Do you ever surprise yourself? I am finding that I LOVE the gym! I have no problem staying there a hour when I am able to get there. I wish they had child care as I would be able to go during the day but it is what it is :) Its my me time...After being with the kids all day I get to turn my music up and work on me! My marriage is a lot better I feel to..Im not as stressed I dont feel like just blah mommy. I feel like I nit pick on him less as hes really working to let me get out and do my thing!

Thursday:

Mc Fatty Monday week 2

Well its Monday again! I made it through the weekend and we even went out to dinner and I still maintained to lose!

Last week I joined a gym! Yes cheap ass of the year joined a gym! It was just getting so hard to get out there in the frigid cold! Plus I only pay 10 a month plus gas to get there..WOO HOO!

I managed to go Thursday and Saturday and ran a little over 4.25 miles in those two days! I am really loving the gym! I try to stay a hour and get at least a 2 mile run in and then I do the eliptical or weights! The gym I joined has a 30 min workout plan Im thinking of doing that daily, with a 2 mile run and maybe throw the bike and elliptical in there once in a while.

Since Monday -1.4!

Grand total of 23.6!!

40.4 more to go!

I feel like I can do this! I have learned I HAVE to eat more then what my daily allowance is through weight watchers! I also think seeing your fat reflection bouncing back and forth in a mirror the whole time you run really gives you an edge to keep running :)

Letting go!

Its so very hard for me to let Trev go! But today I had to drop him off at a birthday party at a pottery shop! He had so much fun as he is friends with 3 other little boys in the class. All the boys were there and I know he had loads of fun!!

I dropped the younger 2 with my mom, dropped him off then went to the gym during the hour and a half he was there so my mind was occupied.

I was almost sad I didn't get a phone call...hey amanda Trev misses you can you come pick him up hes so upset! I am trying to learn to not be that helicopter mom!

I guess envision him as my little fat baby boy!

Weight Watchers Weekly Weigh in Week 14

This week I did not have a DROP of soda! I had a lot of fruits and veggies and didn't use many of me extra weekly points...Next week I am going to try and use all of them and see what happens. I'm just trying to find my niche in this whole weight watchers thing.

I did join the gym and started my first night last night! I also have the EA Sports Active 2 I received this week..I managed to get in 3 miles running this week, .80 miles on the elliptical and 40 mins on the EA Active 2 for a total of 19 activity points earned this week :)

I am really into this and know I can do it! It will take the year I am sure but its slowly coming off! I also went shopping this week and was able to get into 12's! Keep in mind I started this as a 16/18! It felt great to buy clothes and I was excited to buy them :)

Now for the results!
This week I loss: - 1.4 pounds

Total weight loss: 23.2 pounds

Goals:

Stitches already?!

Well it was only a matter of time!

Aubrey decided today to go against what Mommy said and STACK step stools up to get her make up! Well I hear a loud crash so I come running in and shes crying and holding her mouth I notice her mouth is bleeding a little but I tell her to calm down then I look and see a POOL of blood!

Yup split her chin WIDE open! I freaked call the docs they said get her to the ER she might need stitches...So I call Jeff and get him to get Trev from school and get to the ER all within 30 mins given the hospital is only 20 mins away!

They got her in quick the nurse said she will definatley need stitches or glue...GLUE PLEASE GLUE the thought of having to hold her down while they stitched her up was just making my stomach churn!! THANK GOD he thought she just needed glue..We held her down he pinched it closed and put dermabond on her chin...It had to set for about 2 mins but shes all fixed!

She does have some loose teeth that he said should tighten right up just leave them alone! He also said she does and will have some major bruising!! Shes so funny though loves her hospital bracelet!!

She came home to see Daddy home and showed him her pretty bracelet and pretty glue :) I have to say I am shocked it took this long she is NOT graceful by any means!

Today Trev informed me of a past I didnt know about...

A: O really where did you see them?

T: Grandma showed me at her house!

A: Yea she probably has a lot of them.

T: Yea but I didnt know you lived out west...and were a cowboy

There are pics when I was little Im sure where I was wearing cowboy hats, boots, and riding horses as I grew up in Texas but its funny how kids interpret these things.

Mc Fatty Monday

Heir to Blair has a fantastic blog about being a mother(Casey is the same age as her little boy), troubles with weight, with depression...Um hello that's me! I always love reading her blog...She has a Mc Fatty Monday post each week I will start contributing to weekly..

What she wrote today summed me up a lot...I lost a lot before the holidays then a week or two before Christmas I started to let the holidays get to me and I went up almost 4 pounds from the 18 I had lost over the past 2 months...I managed to keep it under control though and get back on track...However because I let myself go it took me a good 3 weeks to get to the point of LOSING again since I had to get those 4 lbs back..UGH!

I have since consistently been losing! As of today I am down 22.2 lbs! My BMI is about 5.8 lbs away from being overweight! It will be so nice to not be obese...Now I know most people would look at me and say yea shes chubby but I dont think they would say I was obese but it will be just one of those things that makes me feel better about myself!

My running is ROUGH right now with the snow, the frigid temps in the morning, and constantly battling my weak immune system. I ran yesterday and I really shouldn't have but I had to get outta the house! I wish we could afford a gym membership with childcare but its just way to expensive right now.

I did order the wii active 2 game and I am very excited to try it out...It should be here Wednesday and I cannot WAIT to try it! It will be a good work out on the days that I cannot get out due to Jeff working or what not.

A lazy Sunday

Trev is a little behind in his schooling...I blame myself as I didnt put him in pre-school or spend as much time as I should have..As for reading and site words hes really doing well! Hes improving daily and very confident!

His numbers are the issue...He is having issues remembering to count backwards, count by 2, 10, 20, etc...We have started really working with him both Jeff and I . Some nights one or the other cant help so its great that one of us can give him a little extra time.

He just DOES NOT get money. He only needs to know pennies, nickels, and dimes both look and value but he cannot grasp it..Any ideas? Im thinking maybe focus on one a week and try and use it a lot that week when we go out and be overly obnoxious about it...Cashiers will probably think Im nuts when I give them a handful of nickels but whatev!

Also Aubrey decided she had a great idea! She thinks mommy should have a baby sister...I said no...she rebuttal'd YEA that's a great idea...I firmly told her that's a bad idea....Trev reaffirmed...Yea Aubrey that's a AWFUL idea! Now if we had said brother he would be game...I have no idea if we will have a 4th but I have a feeling someone will not be happy with the gender of a child if we do decide to have just one more.
