KMART has their awesome Toy Clearance going on now!  All clearance toys are an additional 50% off this is normally 50-75% off!  I plan on going on Thursday hope they arent wiped out.  Also SCAN SCAN SCAN most things are lower then tagged!!

TARGET toy clearance should go 75% this Wednesday-Thursday or next...Last year it was the 30th so make sure you go early and often because normally those full aisles of clearance toys are wiped out the first day!  I try and go around 10!

Weekly Weigh In week 13!

Well it was another hot week here..

I managed to get out and start my first official week of couch to 5K training!!  I did the whole program and did not stop or cut short ONCE I was very proud of myself!  I downloaded the week 1 podcast to my mp3 player and just followed along to the words and music!  VERY simple!!  The first week is every other day...5 min brisk walk warm up, then 8 sets of running 60 seconds walking 90, followed by a 5 min cool down!  With the warm up and cool down I am at about 2.08 miles in distance in 26 mins! 

My eating was A LOT better...I love sugary cereal could eat tons of Lucky Charms if allowed so me finding a cereal I enjoy has taken time but so far I love Life Cereal with Cinnamon and Special K with yogurt and berries!  A nice fill me up and great way to start the morning!  I also eat TONS of Watermelon...its in season right now and tastes sooooo yummy!  Also Sobe Water is actually really good plus I just grab one and bring it with me everywhere...I find if I have flavored water on hand I tend to drink a lot more!!

As for the weigh in I am offically down 2.2 from last week for a total of 18.6!!!  I am very happy!  I cannot WAIT to hit 20 lbs lost!  I am getting discouraged with my clothes still not going down in size as much as I would like but a lot of people say they can see a difference!

weekly weigh in week 12

This week with July 4th and all the yummy food I still managed to lose!!!!! I am down .8 this week for a total of 16.4!!  I ran/walked 3 days this week!  I am trying to run/walk every other day.  I think giving my body a day of rest is key!  I am using a podcast and trying to do a couch to k program in 9 weeks using this podcast here  I am still 6.6 lbs away from another mini goal!  Hopefully soon I will hit that goal!
