Old Navy clearance
I always always always LOVE to hit up Old Navy when they have the additional 50% off clearance prices and stock up for the next size my kids need...Every penny I can save helps us!! Retail price was 323.50 and I paid 68.35 it could have been 63.35 if I had one more coupon but I cut my losses and just went with it lol! As is I saved 79 percent so I cannot complain!

30 day shred day 23 and 24
Well Level 3 broke me...Its A LOT of strong jumping and I felt my ankle getting weak then sore a little after workouts now sore ALL day!
I took yesterday off as I figured it was graduale if I just take the day off it will get a break and be better today!
WRONG! It hurt all day today but I wanted to still try and work out so I did level 2 this time...Level 2 is pretty easy on the ankle I think the easiest of the 3 but I was still in pain during some moves!!
It is now wrapped tightly in an ace bandage and elevated and I can barely walk :( What the heck did I do to myself. I feel like such a failure breaking the straight 30 days :(

30 Day shred day 16-22
I am now doing level 3! I have to say level 3 is a good work out but VERY hard on your knees and ankles!
I decided to step to level 1 last night as it was late, I had not eaten many calories and was weak!
My ankle is messed and now swollen pretty much all day along with my foot! No clue what I did to it..
I have not been getting many walks in but def kicking ass with the work out and improving and doing the FULL movement in as many moves as I can!
Clothes are a lot looser! I am losing TONS of weight in really weird spaces and getting really rock hard muscles! My loss has not be a HUGE loss but I think because I am gaining sooo much muscle!
Since starting the shred on May 6th I have lost 7 lbs! Not a ton but def a good amount of muscle!

weekly weigh in week 6!
I aimed for 7 but it only took me 6 weeks to lose 10 lbs!!!!! WHOOOO HOOO!!! I am so happy that I completed my task a week early!
I actually think I prob lost more like 15 but between my chest still being full from nursing as well as all the muscle I am gaining that is why its only at 10!
My pants fit a little looser, I am able to get into pants snuggly that I couldn't even get to close before! I am feeling great! I went down a letter size in pants already :) I am feeling really good about myself!
I think the little walking I am doing is keeping me from getting bored, as well as really taking the weight off! I think the 30 day shred is MAJORLY toning me up as well as giving me muscles I never had lol!! Plus you lose a little with that as well!
I will be having a free day next weekend! WE will be having a cookout where I plan on having a few drinks, GRILL food, birthday cake and we will be having coldstone for dinner one night to celebrate MY birthday on Monday :)
My next goal will be 13 lbs! This is just a personal goal that I want to achieve that would make me feel A LOT better about myself! 13 lbs will def be a size if not close to 2 down as well as a number that I am okay with! Plus once I hit 13 its only 20 more lbs to lose and I will be half way there!! I am giving myself till July 4th to hit the 13 lbs lost!!

30 Day shred day 15!
Today was a rough day! I am still trying to dry up from nursing which is taking FOREVER! I am still sore and very full...way tmi I KNOW!
Today we cleaned out my new to me van, scrubbed it, vacuumed it, put 2 of the 3 car seats in it, then I rearranged downstairs a little!
I was all set to NOT work out then I thought about having to write this post admitting failure and so I decided to workout WITH my husband watching which seems to make me do the work out even harder! I am def sore! I was dripping in sweat and loving it!
Last week just working out not daily life I burned close to 3000 calories! Thats just plain AWESOME!

30 day shred day 13 and 14
Well the days are getting easier! Level 2 def keeps me sweating and out of air lol! I have been doing it along with my music the past few days and only do a few parts at beginner level! I have been doing level 2 now for 6 days! I also walked today which was great! Its getting easier def a lot easier however its also kinda a bore. I dont know if I could do this all the time!

I HATE nursing! I cant stand it! I do it because I know its best for the baby plus its FREE! Aside from a box or two of breast pads in the beginning and a thing of cream its TOTALLY free!
I nursed Aubrey for 10 months till she started to bite me when scared her from nursing and I didn't want to ever feel that pain again so she went straight to milk!
Casey I had supply issues with from the beginning it seemed. I was not eating my best in return making for a lot of milk but not GOOD fatty milk that they need. So once he hit 7 months after ONLY breast feeding for him I decided to do half and half..then that weaned to just night...and now we are on day 2 of not nursing at night!!
I am full, I am sore, it just sucks! No idea how I am going to work out today jumping around as I am tied up as tight as I can be and still in pain!
Casey is doing MUCH better! He still wakes up at night every 3-4 hours and during the day eats A LOT less! He is also up from 2 oz of formula to 4-5 oz! I think in this case formula is just better for him.
Coming from a mom that formula and breastfeed DO NOT LISTEN TO ANYONE! You do what is best for you and your baby! Formula is NOT rat poison and Breastfeeding IS NOT always best!
I will miss our bond.... In the past few weeks I have disassembled his baby swing, bouncy seat, stopped nursing and getting ready to put him in a big boy car seat :(!! But my Casey is growing up quick and just cant be bothered with nursing anyways he was becoming a distracted nurser which sucked!

30 day shred day 11 and 12
Day 11 was just awful! I didnt really eat that great! I let myself have dessert I was working on the house and the yard all day and didnt work out till 8 I was DEAD! I had no energy and I really did not want to do the work out at all. It was probably my worst work out yet! I def do best around midday with my workouts!
Day 12 I kicked ass! I turned the tv down and turned my music up which had me more pumped and bouncing around! I also made lunch my big meal of the day so that I could really burn some calories! I was hoping to get a walk in today but doesnt look like the rain is gonna hold out for me!
I snacked a little last week gave into some cravings(within my calories of course) but I want to get back strict again this week. Its good to give in every now and then but cant make a habit! Hoping to lose 1.8 this week to hit a 10 pound weight loss a week before my 10 pound weight loss deadline!

weekly weight in week 5!
As of last week I was down 6 lbs! As of this morning I am down 8.2! I have been going all weekend...I only walked twice this week which I am not happy about but I did get to do the 30 day shred daily! I even bumped it up! 2.2 pounds in a week is awesome. Today I had to reward myself...I gave myself a brownie dessert because I think I deserve it! Hopefully next week I will hit 10 lbs!

30 day shred day 8 &9
Well I was getting bored with the level 1 as it was pretty easy and I could do all but push ups at full force! I decided to try a little early level 2! O M G! That is one tough work out! My bum was sooooooo sore the next day and even today! I was dripping with sweat when I was done and def breathing pretty heavy! I love it though! First day I felt like I was all over the place trying to learn new moves yesterday was def a little better!
What I have learned soo far....
The 30 day shred is not about shaving weight off its def about toning and gaining muscle! The days I just do the shred I am not losing weight if I am its VERY small! However the days I walk I lose A TON Of weight from the last weigh in!
Level 1 I was sore in my front thighs, and arms
Level 2 I am sore in my bum, and abs
Both seem to really work your calves!
I am only down 7 lbs but I can really SEE and FEEL the difference in my clothes! My arms have gotten huge since having kids and they are def slowly slimming down as well as my momma pouch!

I am only down 7 lbs but I can really SEE and FEEL the difference in my clothes! My arms have gotten huge since having kids and they are def slowly slimming down as well as my momma pouch!

30 Day Shred Day 6 & 7
I am def getting bored with the routine...However I am trying to perfect it before I move on and have to start from the beginning again! Today marks a FULL week of it and I lost 2.8 lbs on the first week! YAY!! I would say its getting easier but I am sweating more as I am really doing the FULL work out now at full speed so its a great work out! I have been walking a few nights a week as well as eating good don't forget!

30 Day Shred Day 5
Today I managed to do it again....I am not really all that sore anymore! I am now working on perfecting the particular exercises she has us doing as well as trying to not always do the beginner...I am still red in the face and outta air when I am done but that is because I keep pushing myself! I am now half way done with Level 1 for my 30 day shred! It goes by SOOO FAST! Plus now I have a little more endurance and push in me. I also went for a walk today as well :) It feels great to not dread walking down the stairs, picking up my baby, squatting down to sit...

Weekly weight in week 4!
Today is weigh in day....I made sure I did the shred and walked yesterday since I enjoyed a few Lindt Chocolates the kids bought me for Mother's day!! I am down 1.8 from last week for a grand total of 6 lbs! I have 3 more weigh ins before my birthday and I really really want to lose 4 lbs before then to be 10 pounds thinner on my birthday :) The shred is really helping I feel sore and tightening of my muscles...I walk every other day now and am trying to up my pace when walking! I could use a little more water and trying to intake only 2 snacks a day. My calorie intake has been averaging at around 1500!
As for the shred day 4..yesterday was the best yet...My endurance was better, I was not as sore and actually pushed a few of the moves! I just CANNOT get push ups down! They are so hard and I am so weak! Hopefully by day 30 I can get up to doing better ones! I also wasn't so weak so I could actually take a 20 min power walk right after! It was very late I didn't get to it till 7 but I did it! I feel soooo much better making time for me

30 Day Shred Day 3
Well I made it through ANOTHER day! I did the shred early yesterday and even walked last night. I was VERY sore this morning...EVERYTHING hurts! My mom took the older two and Casey was sleeping so I decided to do it. I took NO breaks! Poor Casey baby had to cry the last few mins because I was NOT about to quit! The work out it self seems to get a little easier each day and I can push a little harder! The soreness is getting worst! I should probably take tomorrow off but I cant! I just gotta pull through it!
on a side note we went out to breakfast this morning at IHOP I choose a "low calorie(400)" item! It was tough I wanted a nice greasy fatty breakfast! But I just cannot even go there right now! 30 Day Shred Day 2
WOW! I was def a little sore this morning when I woke up...Walking down the stairs my legs felt like jello! Picking up Casey my arms were def sore! I HAD to get my work out in before I talked myself out of it! Aubrey was my little fitness coach!
Plus I wanted to walk tonight as well!! So I did it! I took 2 5 second breaks! I think that is pretty damn good for someone as fat and out of shape as me! It def is a lot easier the second time around as you know whats coming :) 8 more days of level 1 and then I will push myself again! I used pasta jars again as weights...Aubrey had her weight of the day be corn husks lol!
I def cannot say enough about this video! I never sweat! I have to really get going in a work out and if this video makes me look like this after 20 mins i am SOLD!

I was listening for the UPS guy all day today and was thinking my delivery got pushed back...OH no around 5 he dropped off my new package!
The 30 day shred. I have to say I am not really 100% of a fan of Jillian her voice kinda annoys me but OMG she worked me hard! I am def sore, my legs are like JELLO! I kept up the whole time doing a beginner version for most of it but I pushed through. I have a feeling tomorrow will be interesting being sore and doing it! My face was red and I was sweating(I am not one to sweat)
My plan is to do level 1 for 10 days, level 2 for 10 days and level 3 for 10 days!

3's a crowd
Casey is doing A LOT better with nursing...Today he nursed twice!! So we are making huge gains..He takes bottles with ease now...He eats stage 2 baby food as well as rice cereal...He is really doing well...Apparently we don't shovel fast enough as Jeff set the bowl down and Casey took matters into his own hands today :) He can roll over and turn in a circle...I am sure within the next month or two he will be crawling! He is such a sweet happy FAT baby I love him so much! I am so glad he is in our world :)
Aubrey is very fresh! She has the worst scream you have ever heard! She was pinching and biting but I pinched and took a few bites on her arm and she wasnt all that impressed! She is getting better with wanting to learn! It will take time I am sure. We have decided that we WILL enroll her in a pre-K program to get her ready for school next year. She will def need to learn to obey as well as sit still and learn when she does not want to! At that time Trev will be in school FULL day and she will go half days 3 days a week!!! HELLOOOOOOOOOOOOO casey and mommy time :) She is a free bird and spent half the weekend in time out because she kept taking her clothes off outside! Now that Casey is weaning I was able to leave the boys at home and bring her shopping...She said bye daddy and casey and treba I am going shopping wif mommy! We went to one store and she told me how much fun she was having! She was so sweet and loving and hilarious the whole time we were out!
Trev has been getting in a lot of playtime with a friend and has a good attitude lately. He does get over tired as since the weather has been nice he has been skipping naps. I gotta keep in mind it will be summer for the next few months and he HAS to NAP at least 5 outta 7 days of the week. We go tomorrow to his K Open house! I cannot wait for him to be in school and make friends and get out. I am hoping it will toughen him up! Plus he LOVED school before :)

Weekly weight in week 3!
I am now down 4.2 lbs! I lost 2.5 week 1, .3 week 2 and now 1.4! I am very happy with my weight loss as I am still nursing and my body holds onto weight when I do nurse. Its been a week of no eating after 7, lots of water, and smart food choices! I also have been trying to walk every night when I cant I try and do lots of cleaning or yard work around the house or take all 3 kids(2 in a stroller) on a slower paced walk but still a work out :) I am shooting for a 10-15 pound loss by the end of May! Lets see how good I do :)

NO spend challenge
It is now May 1st! I have ALWAYS wanted to have a month when we do not spend a lot of food/household/clothing etc! It seems as if May is the PERFECT month to cut back as we have a lot of unexpected expenses....I wish I could say that we will not spend ANYTHING but that just is not possible....We do qualify for WIC so we do get milk, eggs, bread, fruit and veggies, cheese, etc
Food: I want to try and get free, need, or manager mark down meat! I think this is very doable to shrink my stockpile a little! I do have a little meat saved up but not tons...I may also have to buy my husband a few lunches and breakfast as he takes food from home for work!
Household: I just checked and we have plenty of EVERYTHING to get us through the month which will also shrink our stockpile a little! I will go to CVS and Wags this week to use up my ECB and RR again trying to get stuff we will NEED!
Clothing: No clothing purchases unless Old Navy has a good tank top, flip flop, etc sale like they did last year!
I am hoping the money I save this month can allow us to save a little with a very expensive month as our car is up to be re registered, my license needs to be renewed, our van will be put on the road and I am sure need breaks! It also needs tires...
So work with me and see how much we can save this month!
