This week I battled the flu from Saturday until now. I didnt get to run on Saturday :( I also didnt eat much and when I did it was more breads and things that were a little more filling. My water intake was outta control :) I am onto week 5 of the couch to 5k!! Tomorrow marks the half way mark! This weeks weight loss was blah but whatever its because I didnt eat!!
Now for the results....
This week I loss: - 1.2 pounds
Total weight loss: 15.2 pounds
Goals:
(10%) 6.7 lbs to go!
Christmas: 14.8 pounds to go!
life time 53.8 lbs to go!
