I have felt 3 kicks over the past 4 days :) Like reallllll kicks!! I was standing talking to my friend the other day and felt one and said ouch when it didn't hurt just shocked me a little!! Then I felt two yesterday while I was napping, and going to bed. I feel flutters quite often it must be when he/she gets close to the front of my belly it needs a push off to get back to the other side :)

POOL!!

Jeff got the spot all set for the pool :) However we need to burn or get rid of a ton of branches from the 10 or so trees he cut down the past month. Hopefully he can get a permit tomorrow to do that and then we can set the pool up Sunday! Its going to be beautiful out this weekend. I would like to get all my beds cleared of weeds. I would like to get grass seed down where we cleaned out a few years worth of leaves. I would also like to fertilize the whole lawn! Lets see how much I get done :)

BIG girl?

Last night I was taking my shower as usual Aubrey was trying to get into the tub! She left for a little while and I heard Jeff telling her to go away because she was trying to get into his shower!! I get out of the shower and am getting dressed and I hear her saying Tubby and far away. Well she got into the tub! She got into her tub seat and had a cup and was splashing imaginary water over herself! She was all wet from me being in the shower and the floor being wet. This child NEVER gives me a dull moment :)

Then Jeff heard me telling him that we have an offer for another crib so I said I should take that. Aubrey really is nowhere near ready for a bed yet. Jeff insisted!! It took her 2 hours to fall asleep. She kept getting out, crying, just not happy at all. HE pushed her to the point she didn't even want her crib anymore! I told him since he was pushing her HE could get up with her when she woke up crying. Of course he didn't. I told her bed or crib when she woke up at 2 at her door! She wanted neither so she went into her crib! She cried a lot but finally went back to sleep. I am exhausted and I am sure I will have to wake her up to get Trev to school on time!

babies are how big?!

Last night at the dinner table Trev said the baby was going to be THIS big and spread his hands out. He probably had them out about a foot and a half! Jeff was like yea that's actually probably how big it will be. It will have teeny tiny little feet like this and spread his hands open. They were both just so excited! I felt like such a horrible mom again!

I haven't felt that excitement yet. I smiled at the Ultrasound that was it! When the doc couldn't find the heartbeat for a while at the last appt I didn't well up or cry or anything. People tell me congrats and I just say thanks and change the subject!

I have been out shopping like crazy..Trying to find deals and make sure we are all set for the baby but that's it. I just keep thinking of all the things that are going to be that much harder. I try to read the baby books, and the name books and I make it about 3 mins and then I am over it. I just CANNOT get excited for this baby!

I think because it is my third and its going by really fast that has something to do with it. I am up to my eyeballs in kid stuff already so I don't really have a chance to sit, rub my belly and really grasp whats going on! I hope I can get 1/2 the excitement my husband does before the baby comes. I hope once I get the big ultrasound in a few weeks, once I really start showing, and once I feel kicks not flutters things will start to get exciting around here!

My brain that is?! I cannot get a hold on life...I am constantly playing catch up with the house, laundry etc. I totally forgot today was hat day, Trev's bag wasn't packed for school making me rush around this morning. Everything is all set now and they are eating breakfast but it just drives me nuts how un-organized I have become since getting pregnant!! That and my bladder are both just shot after 3 kids now! I can manage to sleep all night without waking up to empty my bladder 5 times thank god but it is just still so weak! I am looking high and low for another set of homeschooling pre-school stuff. I ordered one little set to get us through the first few months but I want more then that!!

What a weekend?!

We had such a busy weekend!!!

Saturday we had to pick up Trev from my moms..he had a sleep over...We ran some errands before hand, then went to buy a FREE high chair and 30 dollar infant seat from Craigslist. I was so thrilled that we were able to get these two things basically like new for DIRT cheap!! It was the ladies first Craigslist posting so we made out on her not knowing how much MORE she could get for stuff!

We came home and did some yard work..cleaning up more leaves, etc. The front and back yard are basically leaf free! I am having Jeff clean up all the trees he cut down so next weekend we can set up the pool!!

Sunday we ran to Home Depot and bought the bogo veggie plants! We also got two free lights!! I planed my first veggie garden. I have tomatos, strawberries, peppers both red and green planted. I also need to plant my cucs and pumpkins! I need chicken wire to but at least they are IN THE GROUND!

SIDE

This morning we had a play date from 10-12 which was nice...Trev was able to play with 3 other classmates and I was able to sit on my butt and have some adult interaction!!

We then came home, made lunch, and I got the kids down for a nap and I went back outside to read until my friend Tina came over...As soon as the kids woke up they were back out there too! Totally I stayed out from 1-5 then!!

Now big shocker I have a pretty good sunburn! It sucks but O well I just need to grab some SPF now!! I have heard Aveno has a nice one that isn't greasy or sticky!!

Trev went to my moms, Aubrey, Max, Jeff and I all went for a nice long walk! Now I am home ready to shower and go to bed :)

Today the Gymbucks redemption started. I had 1 25 dollar gymbuck! I went to Gymboree and bought the baby a ton of clothes. My total should have been 281 however I spent 61.86 between by 25 dollar gymbuck and my 20% off coupon!! That is me saving about 78% I should say if you buy Gymboree DO NOT buy reg price items...I only shop the 50+% off clearance racks...Also they have extra % off sometimes and use coupons. There clothes are made of very good quality hold up very well are are VERY cute and matchy matchy if that is your style!

Easter!

Easter was very good. The kids actually slept in...They woke up and went through their baskets. Aubrey took her time and just tried to eat every piece of candy! Trev ripped through his because he wanted to look for eggs :) We went outside where the bunny hid all the eggs. It was FREEZING! But we survived. My mother and brother came over gave the kids some goodies and I made breakfast. It was a very nice morning minus the fact my morning sickness was back in a bad way and I had a horrid headache!!

flutters

The baby def likes to hang out on my right side! Its where I always feel the flutters and where the doc found the heart beat! It where when I do rub my belly I rub. As I sit here typing I am enjoying the little flutters. They can always bring a smile to your face! Plus they aren't the soccer player kicks yet so enjoyable :)

baby checkup!

I went to the docs today! Blood pressure, weight, urine was all good. It took him some time but he did find the babies heart beat :) Its amazing what that little sound can do to a woman :)

I have to go back in 4 weeks for a routine appt, I have to go back in 2.5 weeks for blood work for the downs, spinibifida test etc, and our BIG ultrasound is scheduled for May 14th!! YAY!! What do YOU think I am having? I think I know but we shall see!!

No touch!

Anytime Aubrey is into something she isn't supposed to be we say NO TOUCH! Today I picked her up to come downstairs and kissed her cheek and she looked at me...pulled away and said NO TOUCH! Little brat! I guess she is picking up no touch though :)

My pork chop!

Trev was the world's biggest baby! He didn't really eat a ton he was just on a formula that gave you the BEST weight gain possibilities. He was ginormous but obviously he thinned out. I think he was so cute! I found a ton of old pics that made me all warm inside. He has been asking me a lot what is the baby going to look like and anytime we see pictures of babies he asks if that is what our baby is going to look at. I told him the baby will look like he did or Aubrey so we were browsing old pics last night...

Breastfeeding!!

If you know me you know I tried breastfeeding Trev and failed miserably! I really wasn't well informed and just thought its so natural it will be easy! WRONG!! I did manage to pump a little and once I realized that was as much work as nursing was I quit! I think I lasted 3 weeks.

Now with Aubrey I had been a stay at home mom and knew I would be so I really really wanted to nurse her. It was extremal important to me and I did my research and was VERY well informed. Aubrey was an EXCELLENT nurser from the beginning and really took to it! However I didn't get her on a bottle quick enough and she was very attached to me and I couldn't go anywhere without her which really really bothered me. My only failing moment with her was the fact that I DIDN'T get her on a bottle!

I said this time I wasn't going to nurse. However looking at the price of bottles, formula etc. WE cannot afford for me to bottle feed! It would be at least 140-150 a month when I can do it for free! I have a nice pump that I can pump for when I need to get out or want a night away. I will speak with the lactation consultant and make sure I get this baby on a bottle of breast milk ASAP! It was a tough decision but its one we just had to make!

Egg Hunt 09

We went to our towns Annual Easter Egg Hunt! It was sooo cute! My only complaint was they all start at the same time and so I wasn't able to see Trev at all. I walked along with Aubrey! Jeff said he ran and came back so excited! I really really HATE the fact I cannot be two places at once lately! However we had a lot of fun! I am glad they separate the kids by age! I can only imagine how insane it would be if all kids were on the same field :) Both kids had a blast and came home with eggs and prizes :)

Easter Bunny 09!

Last weekend we went to the mall to visit the Easter Bunny and get a picture and Aubrey freaked so we came home! I wasn't about to spend money on pictures without a fight! The other day I was at the mall with my friend and we walked our girls past the Easter Bunny and she freaked again! Today we took Trev and she slept in the stroller and just let him get his pic! It will be the year of no Aubrey with the Easter Bunny hopefully next year I can get all 3 to sit with him!

JACKPOT!! This morning I was trying to get us all ready for the Easter Egg hunt, visiting with the Easter Bunny etc.

I thought I had thrown out a Diaper Bag I used with Aubrey that was FULL of un-used bottles that she never used because she was addicted to boobs and never EVER touched a bottle :( I was SOOO thrilled! I thought I gave these bottles to my sister in law! Not only did I save at least 30 dollars in NOT buying a diaper bag. Also with the bottles because they are all Breastflow or Avent so I saved around 60-80 dollars with those! I also found my welcome kits for registering with tons of freebies and samples and ANOTHER bottle!! It also had a 5/25 coupon...

Now for my NOT so jackpot! I was packing the cooler and bag for today since we would be gone most of the day and then I hear WOW whats all this Easter stuff!!!!! YUP Aubrey AND Trev were in the water heater/storage room! They KNOW they arent allowed in there and never have gone in there! I was so mad, sad etc. I go at the end of the year and buy all my stuff 75-90% off! We will save most of it for next year some we can use that they didn't see. But it was tough going out today and spending 40 dollars to fill two baskets for them again!

movement?!

Isn't it WAYYY to early to feel movement?! I felt it a little earlier with Aubrey then I did with Trev but this is ridiculous early. Its really only if I eat or drink lots of sugar and then sit still for a while. Its just the flutters but I swear I am feeling it! I am only 12 or 13 weeks!

Today marks 12.2 weeks prego! Dont mind the clothes...I was cleaning and stuff this afternoon and realized the Buddha was getting bigger!

Monthly goals!

I need to make March monthly goals!

Grocery budget of 400!! I have to stick to this. We have very little meat stockpiled and I need to get that up a little. I would like to have a few weeks worth of meat stockpiled again! I need to make this 400 stretch as much as possible!

Eating out 2x this month! I would like to have Chinese take out as well. When I say eat out one of those times will probably be Chuck E Cheese if Trev is well behaved.

Date night 2x this month! Even if we go nowhere getting the kids in hands of other people and getting them ready to be without us for a few days when the baby comes is a MUST!

DO NOT STEP FOOT IN TARGET without a list!! I will look at the weekly flyer if something is a great deal I will buy JUST that! I am giving myself a budget of 30 dollars for the month for Target Clearance EXTRAS!!

Baby stuff! I would like to buy the baby a few more items this month! I am only shopping with sales, coupons, or clearance. I am going to try to not buy clothes and buy more of the things we need! Receiving Blankets, white onesies, socks, bottles, etc!

Stay home! If I have errands to run I will run them while Trev is in school. Sunday mornings I will do my drug store shopping and Fridays are grocery days! Other then that no mall(except to try the Easter Bunny one more time), no day trips out shopping etc. If we go anywhere it will be to the park, zoo, birthday parties etc. NO SHOPPING WITH THE KIDS! I think this can cause major issues with my kids!

New Day..

Today is a new day. I am hoping I can wipe the mood, tears and utter feelings of failure away and try to move on with this. Life is very hard right now and very demanding of me. I hope this all changes and we can go back to life as it used to be!
